From all of us here at FMCOT-
If you’re in the path of Sandy, PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Get a cup of your favorite tea and a book, and curl up with them. Don’t go anywhere if you can help it… it’s insane out there.

Y'all remember that Twinings free sample thing...
Did anyone get their samples yet? Or have you heard from Twinings about whether or not we’ll get them at all? And which ones did you get? :3

Fun fact for those who are sick:
Working at a tea shop is super handy when you develop a sinus infection (read: the plague). If you ever need tea and are in the vicinity of Teavana, grab my favorite sick blend: -To Life, Moroccan Mint and Gyokuro Imperial. Add honey and enjoy. The white tea hydrates and detoxes, the Gyokuro green has the EGCG complex which boosts immune systems along with a lot of vitamins. And the mint...

And avoid anything that is a “natural antidepressant.” E.g. St. Johns wort, kava...

Just a reminder:
We here at FMCOT are more than happy to get asks and submissions for the blog. You can submit whatever you like… a picture of your favorite cup, your tea cabinet, even a review of a new kind of tea you’ve tried. Links are at the top of the page. Orrr…… Ask. Submit. :)
