I’m starting today as Kid’s Lead at Barnes and Noble, which means I’m working 35+ hours a week. Which means I’ll TRY to get better about queuing for you guys :)
Although submissions and asks are always welcome. :D

Fun (and important) fact for any females
If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or nursing:
DO NOT DRINK TEA WITH HIBISCUS, ROSE HIPS OR CHAMOMILE.
Hibiscus and rose hips may cause you to get a period/cause cramping; and chamomile is also unadvisable.
Also, dried ginger may not be advisable; but fresh is good for relieving nausea. And avoid anything that is a “natural antidepressant.” E.g. St. Johns wort, kava and bergamot.

Just a reminder:
We here at FMCOT are more than happy to get asks and submissions for the blog. You can submit whatever you like… a picture of your favorite cup, your tea cabinet, even a review of a new kind of tea you’ve tried. Links are at the top of the page. Orrr…… Ask. Submit. :)

What’s in your teacup tonight?
I’m drinking Blueberry Bliss from Teavana while marathoning Avatar like the pathetic fangirl I am. :)
